(Mu'amin) 40 : 63
كَذَٰلِكَ يُؤْفَكُ الَّذِينَ كَانُوا بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ يَجْحَدُونَ
Just like that those who are repudiating with the verses of Allah are deluded.
The curse-afflicted hypocrites and their strayed followers mentioned in verse 1: 7 are deluded from the Straightpath since they are the disbelievers and wrongdoers repudiating the Truth Adhikr, as told in verses 29: 47 and 29: 49. Without utilizing their intelligence, these Mujirims are serving Satan, and so they deserve to be summoned to Hell prone on their faces, and they are in the worst place and are the most strayed, as explained in verses 25: 33-34.
